1. Who this applies to

These terms cover anyone who uses Humsunte — website, mobile apps, and any related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You need to be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) to create an account.

Provide an email address you actually control and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else got in.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. By uploading, you grant Humsunte a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, stream, and display your content as part of operating the service. You can remove your content at any time, which ends that licence going forward.

4. Rules of the road

Do not upload content that infringes someone else's copyright.

Do not upload content that is illegal where the work was created or where it is being delivered.

Do not use Humsunte to harass, threaten, or impersonate other people.

Do not abuse the service — scraping, automated mass uploads, or attacking the infrastructure are not allowed.

5. Suspensions and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it. Severe or repeated violations (especially around copyright, child safety, or harassment) lead to immediate removal.

6. Advertising and creator monetization

Humsunte is ad-supported. Short audio ads may play between or during tracks. By using the service you consent to receiving these ads.

Creator monetization is currently available in India only. Eligible creators in other regions will be notified when their country opens.

To join the Creator Program, a channel must meet the follower and listening-hours thresholds set out in the Creator Earnings policy.

Humsunte shares a percentage of ad revenue with monetized creators according to the tier structure described in the Creator Earnings policy. Humsunte retains the remainder.

Creators in India: Humsunte deducts TDS at 1% of gross payout under Section 194-O of the Income Tax Act, 1961, before remitting funds. You are responsible for filing your own income tax return.

Earnings are paid monthly, subject to the minimum payout threshold. Full details — tiers, CPM, schedule, deductions — are in the Creator Earnings policy.

Artificially inflated play counts, bot traffic, or coordinated listen manipulation will result in earnings being voided and the account reviewed.

7. Disclaimers

Humsunte is provided 'as is'. We work hard to keep it running, but we cannot guarantee zero downtime or that every upload will be perfectly preserved. Keep your own master files.

8. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Humsunte is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We will update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email and on this page at least 14 days before they take effect.
